Michael Dismuke joined Eden Housing in 2005. His passion is helping to build a culture of appreciation, inclusion, and innovation driven by the varied talents and strengths of the people who make Eden Housing a leader in the industry. He has a tried-and-true track record of maximizing property performance, leading major lease-up and renovation projects, and driving impactful company initiatives. Michael is a national speaker/trainer on affordable housing issues, leadership development, customer service, time management, integration and diversity, and recognition and training program development. He has served on both the entertainment and education committees of AHMA-NCH, a nonprofit association of industry professionals whose mission is to strengthen and enhance affordable housing management. In 2014, Michael led the launch of Eden Housing’s innovative talent development and organizational department and now serves as the director of talent and organizational development.
