In her role as Vice President Talent Strategy at INTEGRIS Health, Carol was responsible for the overall strategy and design of the integration of talent management, talent acquisition, and HR business partners. She led the HR team for acquisitions, ERP change management, implementation of redesigned employee engagement process, design of performance review, and talent review. Prior to joining INTEGRIS Health, Carol was vice president of education and organization development at Memorial Hermann, where she was responsible for talent management, leadership development, onboarding, clinical education, and talent review. Under Carol’s leadership, both INTEGRIS Health and Memorial Hermann were recognized multiple times as a “Best Place to Work.”
Carol’s expertise spans the design and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives, leveraging advanced HR technologies, including Oracle and Workday, to drive measurable results.
