In his current role as VP of Efficiency and Growth, he is focused on driving enterprise speed and agility as part of major operating model change. Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies Gabe spent 12 years at Accenture Strategy within the Talent and Organization group, leading and advising CHROs and HR Leadership teams across industries through the design and deployment of significant organization effectiveness initiatives (Org Design, Culture, Change Management, Leadership, Capability Development).
