Natasha is a key member of the Hill’s Pet Nutrition executive leadership team, where she has been since 2022. She oversees the global human resources function, focusing on cultivating a high-impact and inclusive culture and advancing the capabilities and leadership of Hill’s teams worldwide. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the people strategy. She joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2007 and progressed through various roles in people development, organization design, commercial capability building, and driving change. Her foundational experiences in Canada, the US, and Switzerland have been instrumental in leading to her current global role.

Gabriel Glasscock is a Vice President at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he has spent the past 10 years across roles in Human Resources and Transformation Leadership. He has served as lead of both the Global Org Design and Change Management Center of Excellence and internal flow-to-work strategic initiatives teams, as well as VP of HR Strategy and Ops and Chief of Staff to the CHRO. In his current role as VP of Efficiency and Growth, he is focused on driving enterprise speed and agility as part of major operating model change. Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies Gabe spent 12 years at Accenture Strategy within the Talent and Organization group, leading and advising CHROs and HR Leadership teams across industries through the design and deployment of significant organization effectiveness initiatives (Org Design, Culture, Change Management, Leadership, Capability Development).
